ParkAgain Garage is a branch of Five Star Renovations, a locally owned company serving Central Kentucky homeowners since 2015.
After completing hundreds of renovation projects, we saw how often garages became the most neglected space in the home — and created ParkAgain to fix that.
With one flat rate, we clean out, organize, and transform garages in a single day — so you can park again with pride.

Q: How do you price a clean-out?
A: We use flat-rate pricing—$699 for most 1–2 car garages. Larger footprints or unusually heavy debris may require an adjusted quote.
Q: Do you install shelves?
A: Yes. We offer heavy-duty racks, wall shelves, overhead racks, bins, wall hooks, and a drill/tool rack as add-ons.
Q: What happens to the items I don’t want?
A: We can donate, dispose, or buy selected items. We also offer a brokered sale option for a small fee.
Q: How soon can you schedule?
A: Most jobs can be booked within a week. One-day turnarounds are common.
Q: Do you cover areas outside Lexington?
A: Yes—travel surcharges may apply beyond 30 miles of Lexington.
